WOOD FIRED OVENS

Central Coast Wood Fired Ovens are meticulously assembled with a goal of capturing the client’s vision of their outdoor living space and more precisely their outdoor cooking needs.

Central Coast Wood Fired Ovens are made with high quality refractory materials; fiberglass insulation blanket, fiberglass insulation board, firebricks and high temperature mortar. Ovens are fully insulated for thermal heat retention.

The oven features a stainless-steel double insulated wall chimney pipe and cap. A granite front shelf eases the transition of your dish in and out of the oven, while it also aids as a surface to rest the client’s favorite drink. Other oven features include a powdered coated metal stand, designed to endure the elements of any geographic area.

The oven’s heavy duty caster wheels assure ease of mobility for a single patron, on a flat surface. Each oven features approximately five thousand seven hundred, 1” by 1” tiles, customizing the client's aesthetic wishes. Each oven also includes a stainless-steel door with a thermostat gauge.
